As a result of changes and improvements suggested by O’Neal Consulting, as well as the hiring of a Senior Consultant and later Vice President of Human Resources sourced by Barbara, the Human Resources Department’s staff has undergone extensive training and all individuals are currently undergoing professional certification (PHR & SPHR) training. In addition, an extensive and on-going management development program has been established to better prepare supervisors and managers for expanded leadership roles.
